1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Evoves Automobile website (evoves.com), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Company Role & Services

Evoves Automobile acts solely as an export supplier and facilitator of brand-new vehicles sourced from authorized Chinese manufacturers. We do not manufacture, own, or warranty vehicles. Our services include export coordination, documentation support, logistics arrangement, and buyer consultation. All vehicles remain the property of their respective manufacturers until title transfers per written sales agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You warrant that all information provided to Evoves Automobile is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with all import laws, safety standards, and registration requirements in your country;
  • Holding valid import licenses, dealer permits, or business credentials where required;
  • Verifying vehicle eligibility for import prior to order confirmation.

4. Orders & Transactions

All website content is for informational purposes only. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding order. A confirmed transaction requires:

  • A signed Proforma Invoice or Sales Agreement issued by Evoves Automobile;
  • Full advance payment as specified therein.
    Pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until formal order confirmation.

5. Payments

All orders require full prepayment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include bank wire transfer (SWIFT/TT) and irrevocable letters of credit (LC). The buyer bears all bank charges, intermediary fees, and foreign exchange costs. Payments must reference the correct invoice number. Delays due to incorrect payment details are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon vessel departure from the Chinese port of loading (FOB terms) or upon handover to the carrier (CIF terms). The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and local delivery at destination.

7. Import Regulations Compliance

It is your sole obligation to ensure vehicles meet technical, environmental, and safety standards in your jurisdiction (e.g., GCC, SONCAP, INMETRO, ECE). Evoves Automobile provides standard export documentation but assumes no liability for:

  • Rejection by customs authorities;
  • Non-compliance due to local regulatory changes;
  • Costs incurred from failed inspections or modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Evoves Automobile shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or failures caused by force majeure (e.g., port strikes, pandemics, war);
  • Acts or omissions of third parties (shipping lines, customs brokers, banks);
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or website.
    Our total liability for any claim related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on evoves.com including text, images, logos, and data is the exclusive property of Evoves Automobile or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial evaluation of export opportunities.

10. Privacy Reference

Your personal and business data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at evoves.com/privacy. By using this site, you consent to such processing.

11. Termination of Use

Evoves Automobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Failure to comply with legal or payment obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and all related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.
